Future Run Secures Second Round of Investment
Tampere, Finland – Future Run, an innovative game development studio founded just one year ago, is thrilled to announce the successful completion of a significant second round of investment led by the renowned game studio Supercell.
This funding will allow Future Run to grow the team and accelerate the development of their upcoming multiplayer team sports game, Riot Ball. Over the past year, Future Run has dedicated its efforts to crafting the core gameplay experience, which introduces players to an exhilarating and imaginative brutal sport set in an alternative future. With its fast-paced gameplay, responsive mechanics and engaging social team management features, Riot Ball will deliver an unforgettable gaming experience.
The game core is already operational across multiple platforms, including mobile and PC devices with a big emphasis on fluid cross-platform gameplay. Future Run recently tested Riot Ball in its first live tournament event, which was met with excitement and praise from participants and spectators alike.
